Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Introduction

For my Reeses Peanut butter cup addiction! I sometimes add other things, but this is the basic "starter" recipe. Chocolate, peanut butter, where can I go wrong?

Good for breakfast, snack, or workout energy.

Ingredients

    1 Cup nonfat milk (or yogurt, if you prefer)
    1 Tablespoon (or so) of cocoa powder
    2 Tablespoons peanut butter
    Ice

Directions

No cooking, it's a SMOOTHIE! Just dump ingredients in blender, add ice if you want, and blend until smooth.

Also good with bananas or other fruit - frozen fruit works well, omit the ice. Of course, the nutritional value would vary, depending on what you add to or subtract from the basic recipe.
