Pan Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
    Basil, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    No Name Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    PC Splendido Balsamic Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Pour half a tablespoon of olive oil in a medium sized pan. Cook chicken over medium heat, sprinkle with salt and pepper for seasonings if you like. Keep this going until it is cooked all the way through. Once the chicken is cooked, add 1 tbsp of honey and 1.5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar to the pan, and also 0.5 tbsp of basil. Turn down the heat on the chicken so it doesnt burn and keep turning it so that all the honey and vinegar gets onto the chicken. Once it looks like it has glazed onto the pieces pretty good put onto a plate and serve, serves 2! (You can add more or less of honey and balsamic vinegar as you please, this is just what suits our family)
