Ingredients

    16 oz Boneless Chicken Breast
    2 tblsp flour
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup panko crumbs or 2 slices bread
    2 tsp oregano
    1 tblsp parsley
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp pepper


Directions

flatten chicken pieces so all even

beat egg lightly in a plate set aside
place flour in another plate set aside

mix crumbs with all seasonings and cheese

take flour egg and crumb mixture in a row and dip chicken in flour then egg then crumbs place on a sprayed cookie sheet

bake in oven 425 degrees 20-40 minutes or until crispy and done

SERVING IS 3 0Z EACH
