1/3 cup No sugar added Peter Pan Peanut butter
1/2 cup Honey
1 tbsp lemon zest
8 tbsp Protein powder
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup raisins
2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Gently mix in the rice cereal.
Butter a pan with a pat of butter (coconut butter works well).
Spoon the mixture into the pan and top with chocolate or carob chips, slivered almonds and sesame seeds.
Cut bars in the pan and freeze for a minimum of one hour. Best served cold.
