easy tuna noodle casarole

Ingredients

    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tuna in water
    1 cup nonfat milk
    3 cups al dente (cooked, but still slightly firm) egg noodles (i like the thin ones)
    a peice of bread pulled into little peices
    a little bit of butter
    enough canola oil to cover a casarole dish lightly
    S&P TT

Directions

heat tuna, cream of mushroom, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk in a heavy sauce pan. Stir often to prevent skin from forming and to get the lumps out.
Dunk a papertowel in the canola oil, and wipe the sides and bottom of a casarole dish, use as little as possible. (don't have a casarole dish? use any deep pan, don't forget to check it often and reduce or add time as needed).

bake at 350* for 15-20 min, COVERED.
remove from the oven, remove the lid, sprinkle bread crumbs over the top w/ s&p and the butter broken into peices.
put the dish back in the over for about 2 min, or until the peices of bread look slightly crispy and the butter is fully melted (you can also put the butter on the bead b4 you break it up if this is easier). :) goes really well w/ peas.

If you really like mushrooms, i like to add a can of mushrooms to my sauce!
