1 cup Yellow Cornmeal (Instant if available)
2 cups Water
1 1/5 oz (40grams) Parmesan Cheese grated
2 tsp low fat Butter Spread
2 tsp low sodium Chicken Boullion Powder
Pour into greased 10" dish and let set and cool.
Cut into portions, spray with canola spray and grill (broil) on both sides until golden.
You can serve this with pasta sauce or ratatoullie.
