Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    .5 cup whole wheat flour,

    .5 cup quinoa flour,

    1 teaspoon baking soda,

    1 cup 1% milk,
    1 egg,

    1 tablespoon canola oil,

    2 scoops protein powder,

    4 tablespoons flax seeds,


    (optional) 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Directions

Makes approx 8 5" diameter pancakes.


Take all ingredients except for syrup and egg and put in bowl and whisk together.

Add egg when ingredients are nice and smooth and continue whisking.


Pour batter on pan, flip after a few minutes to brown other side.

Place on dish, put syrup on and enjoy!
