Introduction

This recipe makes six 6 oz. burgers, a nice large size for dinner. I recommend Lea & Perrins steak sauce for this recipe. I sometimes also add shredded carrots and/or finely chopped spinach. Ingredients

    Two containers 93% lean ground turkey (19 oz. each)
    1/3 cup flax meal
    1/3 cup old fashioned oatmeal (or one packet plain instant)
    6 T steak sauce
    2-4 T dried minced onion
    other seasonings to taste (I like summer savory, thyme, and smoked sea salt)

Directions

Cook on Foreman grill or outdoor grill, to 160-170 degrees (follow food safety guidelines for poultry).

Makes six 6 oz. burgers (but you could easily get 8 still-very-good-sized burgers from this recipe).
