Loaded with raisins & a few pecans, these are delicious muffins. Lovely when heated & a bit of margarine spread on them, for breakfast or for a snack. Healthy for you too! Ingredients

1 cup white flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Bran Buds [cereal, dry]
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecan pieces
Directions
Pour milk in a large mixing bowl. Measure dry Bran Bud cereal and add to milk and let set until cereal is softened.
Add egg and oil. Beat.
Stir dry ingredients together and add to moist ingredients. Stir in raisins and pecans.
Drop into Pam-sprayed muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
