Introduction

Very quick and easy to make. Delicious!! with low calories. This is an adjusted recipe from a Hy Vee ad. Very quick and easy to make. Delicious!! with low calories. This is an adjusted recipe from a Hy Vee ad.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1-8 oz. tube reduced-fat cream cheese
    1 small box sugar free/fat free instant cheesecake pudding mix
    1 C skim milk
    2 C thawed lite Cool whip
    20 reduced-fat vanilla wafers
    sliced strawberries (opt.)

Directions

Whip cream cheese in small mixing bowl. Beat in pudding mix. Gradually add milk and beat. Stir in Cool whip. Place 20 muffin cups into muffin tins. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. Top with pudding mixture. Freeze. When ready to serve, may top with a few slices of fresh strawberries.
Makes 20 individual cheesecake cups.
