Asian Pork Tenderloin

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
    1 tsp honey
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
    1 tsp light soy sauce
    1/2 tsp sasame oil
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    2 tsp sliced green onion

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Remove all visible fat from pork; place in a shallow baking pan.
Whisk together remaining ingredients except sesame seeds & onions.
Brush honey mixture over pork; spsrinklw with sesame seeds.
Bake uncovered for 45 min. or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
To serve. slice thinly and garnish with green onions.
