1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Yellow Zucchini (about 340 gm) sliced
1 med Onion (about 185 gm) chopped
3 Peppers (green, red, yellow) sliced
16 oz Eckrich skinless smoked turkey 1 pckg sliced 1/4 inch
1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can Hunts Tomatoe Sauce (15 oz)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Basil
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
2 tsp Parmesan Cheese
6oz Penne Rigate Whole Wheat Blane Pasta By Healthy Harvast
In seperate pot boil 6 oz of the Penne Rigate Pasta until done, then drain.
Now add the can of Diced tomatoes and can of Tomatoe Sauce, one at at time, to the vegtible and Sausages. Mix well then add the remaining ingredients, and mix again. Lastly add the Cooked Penne Pasta and mix again.
Makes 9 1 cup serverings.
