Honey Lime Chicken

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Honey Mustard
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp Lime juice
    2 cloves Garlic Minced
    1 tsp lime zest (optional)
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Makes 4 - 4 oz servings

Mix ingredients except chicken together.

Place chicken in a bag or container to marinate in for 2-3 hours. Add marinade.

Broil until chicken is done.

I have also heated up leftover marinade and served it as a dipping sauce.

  • Easy and delicious. Thanks for sharing. The mustard I had on hand happened to be Honey Dijon which added a little kick of spice. I had a piece leftover that was just as delicious cold and sliced over a salad. - 3/15/10
