Ingredients

    * *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 165 grams (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 218 grams (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 188 grams (remove)
    * Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    * Winter Squash, 200 grams (remove)
    * Grapeseed Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce (thai style), 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Leggo's tomato puree, 50 gram(s) (remove)
    * Vegemite per 5g serving, 5 gram(s) (remove)
    * Champion Standard White Flour (1 cup), 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Massel beef style stock made up as directed, 1 cup (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Sage, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Craigs Lentils in brine, 400g can = drained weight of 240g, 505 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Cook onion and garlic in oil. Add flour and stir well. Add stock and water little by little (to avoid lumps) until absorbed. Add tomato paste, herbs, sweet chilli sauce, mustard and vegemite - stir well.
Steam remaining vegetables (but not lentils) in the microwave until soft. Mix vegetables (and any liquid that comes off them) and lentils into the sauce. Add extra water if it seems too dry.
Pour into a ovenproof dish.
Peel and cook potatoes. Mash (adding soy or rice milk, or margerine if desired) and spread over the top of the filling.
Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 20-30 minutes, until brown and crispy on the top. Sprinkle with yeast flakes if desired.

Makes four servings (1/4 of casserole) -serve with salad.
