Ingredients

    10 eggs
    2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
    4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Crack eggs into medium bowl, chop broccoli, shred cheese, and mix.

Coat glass baking dish with Pam

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

  • I love the simplicity of this recipe. It makes it easy to "ad lib". I substitued Asparagus for the Brocoli and added souted onions and garlic...YUM! I have friends who have chickens and give me eggs. This is a great recipe to use those wonderful fresh country eggs! - 2/9/10
