Gina's Taco Salad

Introduction

You can't beat the flavor in this super healthy, low fat, high protein salad! You can't beat the flavor in this super healthy, low fat, high protein salad!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 15 oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained
    and rinsed
    1 16oz. bottle Kraft Free Catalina dressing
    1 7 oz. bag Doritos light nacho cheese chips
    2 C shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    garnish with light sour cream (not included in nutritional calculations)

Directions

Brown ground turkey breast with taco seasoning until fully cooked. Set aside to cool, at least 1 hour. To a large bowl add lettuce, tomatoes, kidney beans, and cooked meat. Toss together. Mix in Catalina dressing and cheddar cheese. Just before serving, mix in Doritos chips. May serve with light sour cream as a garnish.
