  • I used garlic butter croutons ground to dust in my food prepper instead of the bread crumbs I didn't have. I used only the egg white and added Italian seasoning because I didn't have the Italian bread crumbs. I put them on a broiling pan for 30 minutes, flipped halfway. We really enjoyed them. - 1/13/14

  • I chose this recipe because it was simple and I had all the ingredients handy. I left out the pepper because it bothers my husband, and I cooked the burgers on my foreman grill instead of in the oven. They were really pretty good! I'd make them again! - 7/15/11
