Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Stove Top Stuffing Mix (dry), 1 package
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (4 halves)
    Kraft Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 1 Cup
    Contadina Diced Tomatoes w/ Italian Herbs, 1 14.5 oz can
    Basil (too taste)

Directions

1) Cut chicken into bite size pieces
2) Spray bottom of casserole dish w/ cooking spray
3) Layer chicken on the bottom of the pan
4) sprinkle basil on top of chicken
5) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of chicken and basil
6) mix dry stuffing mix, diced tomatoes and 3/4 C water in a seperate bowl
7) Top chicken with stuffing mixture
8) Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
