Blueberry Yogurt Muffins

Introduction

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1.5 cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2/3 cup Stonyfield Plain Fat Free Yogurt
    2/3 cup Stonyfield Organic Fat Free milk
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

    For topping combine:
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl; make a well in the center.

Combine liquid ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.

Gently fold in blueberries.

Spray 14 muffin cups (I like to use the silicon cups!) with a light cooking spray; fill cups with batter. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
