Cranberry Muffins

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 c. white flour
    1c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. ground flax seed
    1/2 c. sugar substute
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 cooking oil
    1/2 c. 1% milk
    1 c. whole cranberry sauce

Directions

Measure dry ingredients in bow & make well in centre.
In separate bowl beat eggs until frothy. Mix in oil, milk and cranberries. Pour into well. Stir to moisten. Fill Muffin tins. Bake in 400F for about 20-25 minutes.
