Ingredients

1.5 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 cupoOnions, chopped
1 4 oz can diced green chiles
1 cab Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Shredded Fat Free Cheddar
1/4 cup milk, (2% used for calorie count)
6 Mission Carb Balance Fajita size tortillas
1/2 cup light Sour Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a large baking dish. Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray and heat to medium. Saute the onion and add garlic powder, then stir in green chiles, cream of mush and sour cream. Mix well. Reserve 3/4 of this mixture and set aside. To the remaining 1/4 of mixture, add chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir well. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up. Place seam side down into baking dish. In a small bowl combine reserved 3/4 mixture with milk. Spoon this mixture over the rolled tortillas and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
