Ingredients

    Nopales (Cactus), cooked, 1 cup, diced
    Tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped
    Onion, 3 tbsp, chopped
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Garlic Powder, 1 tsp
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, chill and enjoy. Make sure the nopales are cooked (boil on stovetop after being diced). Quick and tasty salad.
