Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 cups butternut squash, cubbed and peeled
    1 cup onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    1/2 tsp. ginger 1
    Tbsp. olive oil
    1Tnsp. lite soy sauce

Directions

Add oil to wok, heat. add all ingredients and cook until done. Enjoy
