Ingredients

* *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
* *Red Kidney Beans, 64 oz (4 16 ounce cans, drained)
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia), chopped
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
* Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
* Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
* Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
Brown and drain beef, then brown onion and bell peppers. Add cooked ingredients to crock pot with tomatoes. Season to taste. Cook for 12 hours on low; stir and check seasoning 2-3 times during cooking.
