Introduction

I saw this recipe in a magazine and had to adjust it to make enough to feed my family of six (two teenage boys included). I saw this recipe in a magazine and had to adjust it to make enough to feed my family of six (two teenage boys included).
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    1 Cup skim milk
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
    3 Cups frozen mixed veggies
    3 cubed cooked chicken breasts
    3 Cups egg noodles, cooked & drained
    1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese for inside
    1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Directions

Mix all ingredients and top with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes about 11 0.75-cup servings
