IntroductionServe with a salad or corn on the cob on the side. Serve with a salad or corn on the cob on the side.
4 oz. low fat or no fat cream cheese
5 tsp. diet oleo, melted
10 oz. cubed chicken, cooked
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Couple sprinkles of sage or poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. onion or chives
2 tsp. finely chopped green or red pepper
1 tbsp. pimento
8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls.
1 oz. seasoned croutons, crushed
3 tsp. diet oleo, melted
Blend cream cheese and 5 tsp. oleo. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles and seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture into center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to top and seal. Brush with the 2 tsp. diet oleo and dip in crouton crumbs. Bake at 350 on ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes.
