Ingredients

    1 lb beef round, cubed
    3 Carrots, chopped
    2 large Stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Small potatos, Cubed
    1 Can Tomato soup, 10 oz
    1 Soup can of water
    2 Tablespoons Vinegar
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all items in a slowcooker. Cover, cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6.
