Introduction

To cut calorie count make 18 muffins

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
    1 1/2 cups boiling water
    1/4 cup flax seed (milled)
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp allspice 1 tsp cloves
    1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup applesauce
    2 eggs
    2 t olive oil
    1 tsp vanilla
    5 apples chopped

Directions

pre heat oven to 325 Spray tins with Pam
pour boiling water over oatmeal stir let sit for 20 min.
combine flour/sugar/baking powder and soda , spices in large bowl
In small bowl mix honey,applesauce,eggs,oil and vanilla. Add to flour mix stir till moistened. Fold in apples.
Bake 25 minutes
