    1/2 of beef stew meat
    1 oinon
    2 carrots
    2 potato in cube
    2 tbs spoon of olive oil
    salt & pepper to taste
    water to cover all

Directions

fry beef in the oil and went it is brown put water the carrot and potato and oinon and simmer for
1 1/2 hours
