Chicken Vegetable Stirfry

Ingredients

    Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1.5 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz), prepared (remove)
    *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, 5.33 cup (remove)

Directions

Cook chicken and vegetables in water until vegetables are hlaf done. Add cream of celery soup and about .75 cups of water. Cook until sauce thickens and vegetables are done. Serve over rice. (If bland add soy sauce to taste.) Makes 6 serveings.
