Introduction

Add veggies to Grace Caribbean Rice and Peas or other Caribbean combos.
The green pepper is the best part since it absorbs the spices in the packaged rice really nicely

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tbsp butter
    1 package Grace Caribbean Combos Rice and Peas
    1 Large stalk celery chopped small
    2 large slices onion chopped small
    1 green pepper cubed
    1-2 tomatoes cubed
    Chopped parsley

Directions

Saute the onions and celery in the tbsp butter. Add water and rice as per package directions. (butter from package instructions already used for saute step) over and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer. After 10 minutes add the tomato and green pepper. Cook another 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
