Squash Casserole

Ingredients

    Split Peas- 3/4 cup
    Water- 3 cups
    Cream of Celery Soup- 1 can
    Soy Milk- 1 cup
    Carrots (grated)- 1 cup
    Onions- 100 grams
    Green Onion- 20 grams
    Red Bell Pepper- 1/2 lg pepper
    Mushrooms- 3 lg
    Spinach (Fresh)- 100 grams
    Spaghetti Squash- 400 grams (1/2 a squash)
    Mozzarella Cheese- 3 1/2 oz
    Chili Powder- 1 tbsp
    Cumin- 1 tbsp
    Pepper- 1 tbsp
    Salt- 1 tsp

Directions

cook lentils
bake squash for about 15 min
chop it all and combine in casserole dish
bake at 375* for 45-60 min
makes 4 servings
