Tuna Patties

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cans tuna, water packed albacore
    1/4 c Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    small onion, chopped
    salt, pepper and herbs to taste

Directions

Stir all ingredients together. Make into 6 very flat patties. Heat large skillet to medium high temp, spray with Pam; place patties into skillet. Allow to brown, turn patties, move burner temp to low. You may even need to remove the skillet from the burner til it cools a bit. Cover, but check often as these burn easily. Let continue to cook for approximately 5 minutes.
