Introduction

This dish is great for those who work... just put it in your slow cooker before work... and come home to dinner already to eat. This dish is great for those who work... just put it in your slow cooker before work... and come home to dinner already to eat.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb
    Flour, white, .1/4 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 cup
    Mustard, 2 tsp
    Ketchup 1tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper.

2. Put oil in a skillet and brown the chicken.

3.In a small bowl mix together all other ingredients.

4. Put slow cooker on low and add everything to it, cover and let cook for 4 hours.

Makes 3- 5 oz portions
