Introduction

This is a great side dish This is a great side dish
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Potatoes,2 large
    Onions,1 large
    Butter, 2 tbsp
    Shredded Cabbage,1/2 head
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Cut and boil potatoes and onion until soft, then mash.

2. In a skillet add butter and shredded cabbage and pepper, cook until soft.

3. Add all together, mix well and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
