    * *Margarine, soft, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    * Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .3 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    * Vegetable Broth, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Sautee first 4 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
Simmer on low 20 minutes.
