Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
    2 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can of cheddar cheese soup
    1 can of the above soup full of chicken stock
    1lb of the pasta of your choice
    parmesan cheese to taste
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion and potato in 1/2 TBSP of olive oil. Then brown chicken breasts in 1/2 TBSP olive oil (about 5-8 minutes. Mix Soup and Stock in a bowl and add to onion/potato/chicken. Simmer 30 minutes. Add parmesan in last 10 minutes. Make pasta according to package and serve chicken over pasta.
