venison meat loaf

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 lbs of ground venison
    1 6 oz package of dry stuffing mix
    1 package of meat loaf seasoning mix (1.5 oz)
    2 large eggs lightly beaten
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients except ketchup in bowl. Transfer to either a loaf pan or a 9x9 baking dish. bake for 60 minutes. Take out and cut into serving sizes. Top with ketchup, then continue cooking for 15 more minutes or until done. Makes about 9 servings.
