Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Flour, white, 2.5 cup (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Yeast, active quick dry, 1.5 tsp
When dough is done needing, place in completely greased bowl and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes. Punch down and roll into 16 x 12 square. Cut into two 8 x12 squares. Roll into baguettes, starting with 8" side. Place on greased ban and allow to rise again until doubled. Brush with egg yolk mixed with water. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
