One apple, cored and thinly sliced One slice low-fat mozzarella cheese One low-fat whole wheat tortilla (burrito size) Dash of cinnamon
Cut the slice of mozzarella in half and line it down the center of the tortilla. Core and slice the apple and arrange the slices over the cheese. Sprinkle it with cinnamon, then fold the sides of the tortilla over like a burrito and flip it so the seam side is down. Place on a microwave safe plate and cook for about 2 minutes on high.
