Ingredients

    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .75 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large beaten
    fat free buttermilk, 1.33 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

mix together all ingredients and pour into a hot skillet and cook until done(browned). Makes about 10 4-5" diameter pancakes.

about 5- 10 minutes cooking time
