Light Teriyaki Sauce

Introduction

A Homemade Version A Homemade Version
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 c. Lite Soy Sauce
    2 Tbs. Sherry
    2 Tbs. Green Onions, finely chopped
    1 Tbs. Garlic, finely chopped
    1-1/2 tsp. Equal or non-calorie sweetener
    1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, finely chopped,
    OR 1/2 tsp. Powdered Ginger

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients listed. Bring to a rolling boil for two to three minutes. This will remove the alcohol.
If you don't care about removing the alcohol, you may skip this step.
Remove from burner and let sit for at least one hour. You may chill, if desired.
This makes a delicious, low calorie sauce.
