Wheat bread - 2 slices
Tomato -1(cut into small pieces)
yogurt 1/2 cup
Cilantro 1/2 cup
peper to taste
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients other than the bread in a bowl. Remove brown crust from bread.
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin. Fill the flat bread with the mixture from the bowl.
Roll the bread. Cut crosswise and you have some healthy tasty little rolls.
You can also add Cucumber...
