Introduction

Ingredients

    Old El Passo Chili Mix
    1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Chick Peas
    2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes
    Half an Onion
    6 Stalks Celery
    1 Red Pepper
    12-15 Baby Carrots
    Few Tbsp of Olive Oil

Directions

In a large heated pot put in oil, chopped celery, carrots and onions. Cook until tender.

Add diced tomatoes, drained beans, chopped red pepper, and boths cans of drained corn.

Stir in Old El Passo chili mix, simmer for about an hour.

Serve and enjoy.
