Impossible to fail quiche

Introduction

A yummy quiche that is very good for you. Quick and easy to take to work. A yummy quiche that is very good for you. Quick and easy to take to work.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 1/4C milk
    1/2 C wholemeal flour
    1 tbsp oil
    1 onion
    200g spinach
    2 cup cherry tomatoes
    2 cups mushrooms
    1 large carrot

Directions

place 3 eggs, 1/2C wholemeal flour, 1 tbsp oil, 1 1/4C milk, and 1 large onion into a large food processor and whirl for 30 seconds.
Pour mix into a hot greased flan dish, add veges (can also add bacon and cheese if prefered but this will spike the calorie amount)
Bake at 180oC for 45 minutes
Serve with salad and a bowl of crusty bread

Makes 3 serves when served with salad, only 2 serves if taking to work on its own.
