Introduction

This is a fast way to add fuits to your diet. This is a fast way to add fuits to your diet.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups Water or broth
    1/4 C dried currants
    1cup couscous uncooked
    A handful of toasted almonds

Directions

1) Put water and currants in a small pot and bring to a boil
2) Add couscous stir and remove from heat
3) let sit 4-5 minutes until couscous absorbs water
4) Fluff with a fork and mix in almonds
