Pritikin Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth, 2 cups (or use a comparable broth or make your own so long as it's virtually fat-free and only has 290 mg sodium per cup)
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
Carrots, raw, 2 cups, chopped
Celery, raw, 2 cups, diced
Onions, raw, 2 cups, chopped
Chicken fat, 1 Tablespoon
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
8 cups water
Serve with matzoh balls, noodles or potatoes (not included in nutritional calculations). Enjoy!
