# *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cup (remove)
# Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 24 grams (remove)
# Water, bottled, 0.33 serving (remove)
# Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)
# Onions, raw, 40 grams (remove)
# *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)
# Peppermint, fresh, 2 tbsp (remove)
# Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
# Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
# Almonds, 20 almond (remove)
# Avocados, Florida, 100 grams (remove)
Combine quinoa and cranberries in a medium bowl. Add 1/2 cup water, boil, 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Fluff quinoa mixture with a fork. Stir in chopped parsley and the remaining ingredients, and toss gently to combine.
