Dilled Sole with Almonds

Ingredients

    * 2 tablespoons cornmeal
    * 1/4 teaspoon salt
    * 1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
    * 2 (6 ounce) fillets sole, flounder or other whitefish fillets
    * 4 teaspoons margarine, divided
    * 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
    * 3 tablespoons slivered almonds
    * Lemon slices

Directions

1.) Mix first three recipes in dish/bowl and coat the sole fillets on both sides.
2.) Melt half the margarine on a skillet on medium-high heat and add dill weed. Put sole on skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish easily flakes with fork. Remove the sole fillet and keep warm.
3.) Add almonds and remaining margarine to skillet and cook for 4 minutes until almonds are lightly browned. Sprinkle over fish, and serve with lemon slices.
