Chicken/Broccoli Rice casserole

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Broccoli, frozen, 0.5 package (10 oz)
    *Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Sage, ground, 0.25 tsp
    Basil, 0.25 tbsp

Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Pan fry with olive oil and cut into chunks. Cook broccoli. Cook rice according to directions. Combine all ingredients except cheese in frying pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour into greased baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 min at 350.
